General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GCS") govern the contractual relations between:
- Company EHC FRANCE (RENOVIUM), registered in XX under number XX, whose head office is located at XX, hereinafter referred to as " the Seller ",
And - Any natural or legal person visiting the website renovium.co (hereinafter " the User ")
Or - Any natural or legal person having made a purchase via the website renovium.co (hereinafter " the Customer ")
General principles
The General Conditions of Sale define the terms of online sales concluded between the Company and any Customer making a purchase via the Site.
Any User of the Site undertakes to comply, without restriction or reservation, with the General Conditions of Sale, whether visiting the Site or placing an order. The Customer is bound by the General Conditions of Sale and declares that they have read them before placing any order for Products.
Given possible changes to the Site, the Company reserves the right to adapt or modify the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Consequently, the Company invites the Customer to consult the General Terms and Conditions of Sale before any new order. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale then in force are applicable to all orders placed from the date they are posted online.
Object
These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by the Seller on the website www.renovium.co.
Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site on the day the Customer consults them. Each product is presented with a detailed description.
The products comply with the requirements in force relating to the safety and health of people, fairness in commercial transactions and consumer protection at the time they are placed on the market. The products comply with the requirements of French law in force at the time they are placed on the market.
Products are offered and delivered while stocks last.
Price
Prices shown on the website include VAT.
Prices do not include any delivery charges that may apply to the delivery of the Products, which will be invoiced in addition to the price of the Products. The amount of the applicable delivery charges will be indicated before your order is confirmed.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the current rates indicated at the time of the order.
The total amount due by the consumer is indicated on the order confirmation page.
Payment methods
Payment is made online immediately upon ordering: by credit card, Paypal or Apple Pay.
The conditions of use of the Paypal or Apple Pay platforms (accessible on their respective websites) apply concurrently to these terms and conditions and are independent of the Company, which does not intervene in any way in the use of said platforms.
In all these cases, the order will be processed upon receipt of payment and subject to its collection.
If the bank refuses, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Payment security
The site is equipped with an online payment security system that allows consumers to encrypt the transmission of their banking information via the secure payment platform's electronic payment server. At no time will the consumer's banking information pass through Good Brands' computer system.
Order
Order confirmation
To place an order, the Customer, after having filled his virtual basket by indicating the selected products and the desired quantities, then clicks on the button "Proceed to payment" and provides the information relating to delivery and the payment method.
Before clicking on the "Check order" or "Pay" button, the consumer has the possibility to check the details of his order and its total price and to return to the previous pages to correct any errors or possibly modify his order.
Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of the T&Cs and forms the contract.
An email acknowledging receipt of the order and payment is sent by the seller as soon as possible.
Order modification
Any modification of the order by the Customer after confirmation of the order is subject to acceptance by the Seller.
Order validation
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a payment problem or dispute with the Customer.
CONTRACT
The sales contract is formed at the time the Customer sends confirmation of their order.
Delivery
1- Delivery method
Delivery is made in mainland France (choice: home delivery (standard or express) or to a relay point), in the European Union or internationally at the Customer's choice.
Delivery of products ordered on the Site will be made to the address that the Customer indicated when ordering as the “delivery address” (which may differ from the billing address).
The parcel number will be sent to the Customer by email, to enable them to track their delivery.
2- Delivery costs
For any order of Product(s) exceeding thirty-five (35) euros in mainland France, delivery costs are covered by the Seller, except for home delivery regardless of the amount of the order.
Please note: Outside the European Union and in the French Overseas Territories, customs duties or local taxes may be payable and may be invoiced upon receipt of the package in addition to the price already paid to us. These duties and taxes, the exact amount of which we are unable to determine in advance and therefore cannot inform you of prior to your order, remain your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the proper completion of any declarations and/or formalities relating thereto.
3- Delivery time
If several items ordered at the same time have a different delivery date, the delivery deadline will be the one that is the furthest away.
Delivery times are indicated on the Site when ordering. They vary depending on the delivery method chosen.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, returned products must be in their original condition (unopened, unused). They must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
The warranty is excluded in the event of defects caused by the Customer, in particular in the event of incorrect handling.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force relating to the conformity of the good to the contract, in terms of hidden defects: In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the Seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it within a maximum period of two years from the delivery of the good. The Seller also reimburses all return costs upon simple presentation of supporting documents.

The Customer may decide to implement the warranty against hidden defects in the item sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In this case, he may choose between the cancellation of the sale or a reduction in the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.
Refunds for Products deemed non-compliant or defective will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the Seller's discovery of the lack of conformity or hidden defect. The refund will be made by credit to the Customer's bank account or Paypal account.
The Seller shall not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country in which the Products are delivered, which it is the Customer's responsibility to check, or in the event of misuse, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Customer, as in the event of normal wear and tear of the Product, accident or force majeure.
The Seller's warranty is, in any event, limited to the replacement or reimbursement of Products that are non-compliant or affected by a defect.
The replacement of the Products does not extend the duration of the warranty.
Products modified, repaired, integrated, or added by the Customer are excluded from the warranty. The warranty does not apply to visible defects. The warranty does not cover products damaged during transport or due to misuse.
The Seller reserves the right to exercise the warranty at its discretion by improvement, replacement, price reduction or conversion.

Responsibility
1. Seller's Liability
The Seller strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on its website www.renovium.co. However, the Seller cannot be held responsible:
- Interruptions or malfunctions of the site, particularly in the event of maintenance, technical breakdown or force majeure;
- Any indirect damage, such as loss of turnover, data, viruses, or other involuntary problems which could affect computer equipment or any other material when accessing the Site
- From using the Site or browsing the Site, from downloading any content, data, text, images or files from the Site.
The Seller remains responsible, however:
- In the event of a lack of conformity of the product (legal guarantee of conformity),
- In the event of a hidden defect affecting the product (hidden defect warranty).
2. Customer Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for:
- Verification of the accuracy of the information provided when ordering (delivery details, choice of products, etc.);
- Use of the products in accordance with their intended purpose and the instructions for use provided;
- Protection of your usernames and passwords to access your user account.
In the event of negligence or misuse of the products, the Seller cannot be held liable.
3. Limitation of liability
The Seller shall not be held liable in the event of:
- Damage resulting from improper or abusive use of the products by the Customer;
- Damage due to technical incompatibility between the products and other equipment or systems used by the Customer;
- Delays or impossibilities of delivery linked to external causes, in particular strikes, bad weather, or logistical problems with the carrier.
4. Force majeure
The Seller shall not be held liable in the event of non-performance or delay in the performance of its obligations due to an event of force majeure, as defined by Article 1218 of the Civil Code.
The following are considered to be cases of force majeure: natural disasters, epidemics, social conflicts, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the parties.

The site may contain links to third-party sites. The Seller cannot be held responsible for the content, services, or products offered on these external sites.
Data protection
The Company declares that it complies with and undertakes to comply with the regulations relating to personal data in force in France, and in particular the European Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar days to exercise his right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the Customer took possession of the goods, or for subscription contracts: from the date on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.

Products must not have been used or damaged and must be returned intact in their original packaging.
The Customer may be held liable in the event of damage to the product by the Customer.
Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts will be those designated in accordance with the rules of the Code of Civil Procedure.
